Ingredients
- 500g beef cut into cubes
- 400g potatoes cut into sticks
- 150g sausage sliced
- 100g fresh cheese in cubes
- 3 green hot peppers minced
- 1 red onion julienned
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro chopped
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the potato sticks until golden and crispy. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the beef seasoned with salt and pepper until fully seared. Remove and set aside.

- Plate with crispy potatoes as the base, top with the meat mixture, garnish with fresh cheese, fresh cilantro and serve hot immediately.
